Building Blocks Library (BBL) is an up-to-date series of graded English readers which are suited to students of English as second language. Levels 0 through 3 provide an excellent grounding in phonics and the higher levels allow students to tackle engaging and age appropirate themes.
BBL was developed by mpi and Levels 7-9 have been published as ebooks in conjunction with Sakkam Press
